Our Story
David Leong began his career in the roofing industry in 1971, building the hands-on experience and knowledge that would eventually lead him to establish David’s Custom Roofing in 1980. What started with a dedication to quality roofing grew into one of Oahu’s trusted names for dependable workmanship and customer service.
As the company continued to grow, painting services were added in 2003, expanding David’s ability to help homeowners and businesses protect, maintain, and improve their properties. Today, David’s Custom Roofing & Painting remains focused on the two services that have defined its reputation: professional roofing and quality painting throughout Oahu.

Today, David Leong and his daughter, Davelyn Leong Martin, continue the company’s commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer care. As President of David’s Custom Roofing & Painting, Davelyn helps carry forward the values and reputation her father built over decades of serving the Oahu community.
